Brendon Wilkie who is the principal, has had over 20 years experience in the Australian building industry. He had a vision to guide people who wanted to build or renovate their homes as owner builders.

Coincidently, Michael New who is the founder of DirectBuild USA had a similar vision and had implemented what has proven to be a very successful business model for owner builders mainly in Colorado. Recently Michael has begun franchising DirectBuild in other states of the USA and Mexico.
